1. The service
GoDeli is a technology platform that helps customers discover participating restaurants, submit orders and select delivery or pickup. GoDeli Pro gives authorized restaurant personnel tools to manage orders. The restaurant is responsible for its menu, food preparation, allergen information, pricing and availability. Availability varies by location.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your access credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law. Business users must be authorized by the relevant restaurant or organization.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Before confirming an order, you can review the items, fulfillment method, address and total shown in the app. An order is accepted when the service displays confirmation. Restaurants may reject or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or fulfillment is not possible. Taxes, delivery fees and other applicable charges are shown before confirmation.
Payment methods and refund timing depend on the payment provider and local rules. If an order problem occurs, contact support with the order number so we can review it with the relevant restaurant or delivery participant.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation availability depends on order status and local law. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be available. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing time is controlled by the payment provider.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account, submit fraudulent orders, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where the law permits it, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The GoDeli services, software, designs and MILISAL materials are owned by MILISAL LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Restaurant names, menus and other partner materials belong to their respective owners.
7. Service changes
We may maintain, improve or change features and may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance or legal reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, MILISAL LLC is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or for issues caused by third-party goods, services or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, security threats or legal requirements.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The latest version and revision date are published on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
