Depending on how you use the service, we may process account details such as your name, phone number and email address; delivery addresses; restaurant and order information; payment status supplied by payment providers; support communications; and technical data such as device type, app version, diagnostics and security logs.
When you permit location access, GoDeli may use your approximate or precise location to show relevant nearby venues and help fill a delivery address. You can manage location access in your device settings.
2. How we use information
- create and protect your account;
- display available restaurants and fulfill delivery or pickup orders;
- share necessary order details with the selected restaurant and delivery participants;
- provide customer support and send service communications;
- prevent fraud, maintain security and diagnose technical problems;
- meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Payments
Payment information may be collected directly by an authorized payment provider. MILISAL LLC receives transaction status and related identifiers but does not need to store full payment-card details.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only as needed with restaurants, delivery participants, infrastructure and communications providers, payment providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations and protect the service. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update certain profile details in the app and control device permissions in system settings. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, email info@milisal.ru. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where the law requires it or where it is needed for security and dispute resolution.
7. Children
GoDeli is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the processing of their information in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The revision date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate channel.
